The CHINALUX – “Welcome to Luxembourg” event took place at the historical “19 Liberté” building of Spuerkeess on 12 July 2022. More than one hundred guests attended the event and exchanged experiences about living and working in Luxembourg. The event was sponsored by CHINALUX corporate members Spuerkeess, LaLux Assurance and Schirrer Walster, Etude d’Avocats.
中卢商会 “欢迎来到卢森堡” 活动于2022年7月12日在历史悠久的Spuerkeess “19 Liberté”大楼举行。一百余位与会者出席了此次活动，并就在卢森堡的生活和工作进行了交流。该活动由中卢商会企业会员Spuerkeess银行、LaLux 保险和 Schirrer Walster 律所赞助。
At the beginning of the event, our members were welcomed with words and well wishes from CHINALUX President Ms. Zhujun XIE. Following, Mr. Norbert Brausch, Head of Corporate Banking at SPUERKEESS, and his colleague Mrs. Anne-Catherine Schlink gave an informative speech about the Luxembourg real estate market and mortgage loans in Luxembourg.
Mr. Jérôme Wiwinius, Head of Corporate Sales at LaLux, gave an overview of the most important insurance coverages and the pension system in Luxembourg. He highlighted the main non-life insurance coverages and further explained the 3-pillar pension system in Luxembourg.
The third presentation was given by Mr. Cédric Schirrer , Partner at Schirrer Walster, Etude d’Avocats. He introduced frequently asked questions on residing and working in Luxembourg from a legal perspective.
The Q&A session was moderated by Mr. Jacques BORTUZZO, Vice President, CHINALUX.
The event ended with a cocktail session and we are very much looking forward to seeing everybody again very soon!
活动伊始，中卢商会主席谢竹君女士进行了致辞和祝福。随后，SPUERKEESS 企业银行业务主管 Norbert Brausch 先生, 住房贷款负责人Anne-Catherine Schlink 女士就卢森堡房地产市场和卢森堡抵押贷款进行了内容丰富的演讲。
LaLux 企业销售主管 Jérôme Wiwinius 概述了卢森堡重要的保险范围和养老金体系。他强调了主要的非人寿保险范围，并进一步解释了卢森堡的三个层次的养老金体系。
第三场演讲由 Schirrer Walster, Etude d’Avocats 的合伙人 Cédric Schirrer 先生发表。他从法律角度介绍了有关在卢森堡居住和工作的常见问题。
问答环节由中卢商会副主席 Jacques BORTUZZO 先生主持。
