Members, let’s “Meet-Up” this summer, for real!

We are excited to present CHINALUX RENDEZ-VOUS: Members Meet-Up “Let’s Get Physical” July Editions for in-person networking. Following the latest measures for gatherings, we are organising several small Meet-Up sessions in July to get members together again. We’ll be running Meet-Up sessions on Thursdays in July @ Airfield’s terrace, between 17:30 to 18:30, weather pending, with maximum 10 members per session.

Approach: Each session will last 1 hour and will be hosted by a member of the CHINALUX Executive Board. After a brief introduction, the host will separate the attendees into groups for introductions, and then rotate the groups so that all members present have the chance to meet.

Directions: Airfield is 850m from the airport terminal, there is private parking on-site (outdoor), and a number of bus connections. More details.

Sanitary Measures: The sessions will be run in full compliance with the latest sanitary measures, which will be monitored for any changes. These will be confirmed and communicated directly to those who register for each session. Based on the current measures, the sessions will not require a CovidCheck, but we encourage those members who are able to provide a certificate to do so on arrival at the reception.

Cancellation: In case of bad weather, as we will be on an outdoor terrace, the session will be cancelled. Notification will be sent by midday the same day in case of cancellation. Similarly, in case of a change to the sanitary measures, we will communicate this as soon as possible.
