On 7^th July, Chinese Ambassador to Luxembourg, HE Mrs. YANG Xiaorong, met with Zhujun XIE, CHINALUX President, and Jacques Bortuzzo, CHINALUX Vice President, at the Chinese Embassy in Luxembourg, together with Counsellor Shang Jing.

Ambassador YANG noted she highly appreciates the long-term active efforts of CHINALUX to promote pragmatic cooperation in the economic and trade fields between the two countries. In the post-pandemic era, China and Luxembourg have great potential for cooperation in promoting economic recovery, tackling climate change, circular economy, green finance, medical care, and cross-border e-commerce.

She hopes CHINALUX will continue to give full play to its role as a bridge, by actively building a platform for communication and cooperation between the enterprises of the two countries and assisting with the strengthening of bilateral relations.

Ms. XIE affirmed the achievements made by the Chamber in recent years, adding that CHINALUX will take active actions to make full use of the advantages and resources of over 150 members to promote the development of China and Luxembourg. CHINALUX will actively assist both parties in finding new opportunities for cooperation and contributing to the development of China-Luxembourg bilateral relations.
