First Annual General Meeting and first Board of Directors meetings were held right after the establishment of Chinalux.
The Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce was kind enough to host the set-up, and invited all founding members to a celebration cocktail following the final signatures of the Articles of Association.

May 31st 2013 marked the day of the official set-up of Chinalux. With the great support of 20 founding members, some of Luxembourg’s biggest companies in the China-Luxembourg context, and the great footwork made by the founding working group, the chamber was ready to see the light of day.
