As we briefly anticipated yesterday, Bank of China, founding member of China-Lux gave us word of the first ever issue of Mainland China RMB bonds issued and listed in Continental Europe. They chose Luxembourg for the issuance and the listing, and named the bond "Schengen" in order to express their appreciation for Luxembourg and our continent.
