On April 25 2019, CHINALUX welcomed its Extraordinary General Meeting at “La Biscuiterie by Goeres”. This EGM was to vote on amendments to the CHINALUX Statutes.

Nearly a hundred members were present. Together with the received proxies in advance, 121 members were present or represented out of 180 members registered with the chamber. The chairman put for vote the above-described amendments to the Statutes of the Chamber, which were accepted unanimously by the Members present and represented. The meeting was followed by a wine-tasting session provided by In Vino Gildas, where our guests were able to sample cheeses and discover wines from Italy, Spain and Argentina.
