On 18 June, the China-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce A.S.B.L. (CHINALUX) convened its 2025 Annual General Meeting at The Royal Hotel in Luxembourg.

During the meeting, CHINALUX President Ms. Zhujun Xie, along with Vice Presidents Mr. Jacques Bortuzzo, and Mr. Geoffrey Party, presented a comprehensive review of the Chamber’s activities in 2024 and the first half of 2025. Their report covered key developments in membership growth, relationship building, event organization, communications, and financial highlights.

The meeting also included the election of 22 Executive Board Directors. CHINALUX extends heartfelt congratulations to all those elected and looks forward to their contributions toward the Chamber’s continued growth and success.

Following the AGM, the newly formed Executive Board convened its first meeting, where Mr. Jacques Bortuzzo was elected as the new CHINALUX President. The new Vice Presidents are Mr. Geoffrey Party, Ms. Kelly Jorritsma and Ms. Jingya Tian. Ms. Zhujun Xie was appointed as CHINALUX’s new Honorary President.
